ANAHEIM, CA HOTEL REVIEWS - GET THE VACATION YOU DESERVE

Location is good. Service is terrible. Front desk is never at the desk. Don't come early in the morning it's a straight cluster. Rooms are ok but small and you can hear everything.

The gift card reward for scheduling through their website is a sham and doesn't work. We had a cockroach in our room right next to the kitchen for the breakfast so...yeah. Then they relocated us to room next to the elevator and pool on the ground floor so we switched bugs with rowdiness both didn't help with the kids sleep. Other than those two things the Oasis Restaurant is amazing and the location is awesome too! The suites are really well designed to be family friendly (at least the two we had were).

ディズニーランド観光で、第一優先として利便性を求めてここに宿泊しています。 薬局が目の前に2店舗、隣にセブンイレブン、その隣にお土産ものやさん、ディズニーまで徒歩5分、ホテルに冷蔵庫や電子レンジ、洗濯機と乾燥機各4ドル(クレカ払い専用)、大人も寝れるサイズの二段ベッドがある部屋あり、キッチン付きの部屋あり、室内プールあり、朝食6時半から無料で部屋への持ち帰り可能(ワッフル、果物、食パン、ジャム、オムレツなど卵料理、シリアル、など、野菜はないです)、ロビーに無料のコーヒー、ディカフェ、水、お湯、トイレ、などなど、とても使いやすいです。 しかし肝心なリノベーションがほぼされておらず、内装の古さ、トイレットペーパーの位置(便器の真後ろにある)エレベーターのボロさ、など、ちょっと不安要素もあり。浴室を貯める方の蛇口はお湯がたくさん出るのに、シャワーがちょろちょろしか出ない。(部屋によるかも)女性で髪が多い人には不便。 駐車場は1日25ドル。平面もしくは地下1階で、どこに駐車してもほぼ雨で濡れることはないです。 ホテルに宿泊前の質問のメールをおくったら、即レスでした。

I am so impressed by the customer service I received! I booked a room months ago but needed to add an additional room last minute. I gave them a call and Karina was able to get the room added and answered all of my questions. I was so impressed by her knowledge and hospitality. We can’t wait to visit next week and I’ll update my review once we stay. Thanks again, Karina!!
