The Housekeeping Attendant is responsible for cleaning guest rooms for checkouts and stay-overs, reporting any maintenance issues as needed. They may be assigned to do all laundry for the hotel or to clean common areas & complete room amenity deliveries. 

The Guest Service Agent is responsible for providing attentive, courteous service to all guests prior to arrival and throughout their stay, while maximizing room revenue and occupancy.  Agents are also responsible for all reservation inquires during their shift.  Guest Service Agents are expected to actively develop excellent service skills in dealing with clients, guest and co-workers.
 

The Night Auditor is responsible for providing attentive, courteous service to all guests prior to arrival and throughout their stay, while maximizing suite revenue and occupancy. The Night Auditor is responsible for completing the audit process as detailed in the checklist. They will also audit all the daily activity and report to management and discrepancies. The Night Auditor is also responsible for all reservation and inquiry calls during their shift

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for assisting with the operation, maintenance, service and repair of equipment as assigned in order to maintain the physical structure and grounds of the hotel property.  He/she is also responsible for participating in the preventative maintenance program, handling guest requests and other work orders as assigned.  They are also responsible for performing in a safe and efficient manner and performing trade jobs such as carpentry, painting, etc as assigned.
