This was our first visit and we will return. The rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable. The beds are comfortable. There was a lot of choices for breakfast and the area offers indoor and outdoor seating. The staff throughout the hotel are kind and helpful. There are subtle signs around that tell you they enjoy working there too. We felt inside the hotel and safe walking to and from Disneyland.

This place is absolutely amazing..I normally stay here when visiting Disneyland in which the the rooms are amazing and so is the continental breakfast in the morning. However, this time I had to to utilize the Oasis banquet room for a celebration of life. The coordinator Julie and the staff went above and beyond in helping me set up make sure everything was perfect and flawless. I would 10 out of 10 recommended! They make you feel at home and treat you like family especially during a difficult time.

We were taken care of pretty much every step of the way. Room service was fast and good, and if you want to pick food up it’s right next to a gas station and restaurants. Of course being on the same block as Disney means it’s about a 10-15 min walk depending on pace. Very clean and very hospitable.

The Desert Palms Hotel is a great choice for Disney families. The hotel and rooms are clean. The staff is very nice and friendly. They have a pool and jacuzzi. The free breakfast every morning has everything you need, its nice. The little waffle makers are great! The walk to the park is 5 minutes or less. We liked it so much we stayed a extra night!
