Great option for visiting Disneyland. The on-site restaurant isn't great but the hotel is good. We got a big room and it worked out well for us. We come every year and it was our first time at this hotel.

We had booked a suite for a family of three well in advance. Upon arrival, we were given a dingy room that had one bed. When we returned back to reception to ask for booked room, we were told sorry, they’re booked out and will check in tomorrow. They provided a roll away bed to get by. I have to say, the next day we were provided a suite, which was refreshing. I might mention, the rooms are not serviced either, making beds.

The hotel is excellent! The staff was amazing and friendly. The only issue I had was that I was on the 2nd floor, and, being disabled and using a scooter, the elevator was out of order. I was unable to use the scooter to return to my room after a long day at Disneyland and had to use the stairs. There was also no other elevator access to the 2nd floor.

A decent option when staying for Disney or the convention center (10 minute walk max). Our rooms were clean, comfortable and relatively modern. My only qualm with the room was the lack of blackout curtains and light leaking into the room at all hours of the day/night. There was also only a single elevator working and it was very frustrating having to wait in the morning when going upstairs for breakfast or downstairs to leave. Breakfast was decent enough, there just wasn't enough places to sit. I will likely stay again, but only due to location and value.
