After researching all around Disneyland and through YouTube, I find Desert Palms to be a suitable fit for us. I booked the Deluxe Studio Suite that comes with 2 queen beds, a sunken livingroom that comes with a pull out sofa bed and dining/eating table. I love the layout and it's roomy for our family of 4 (2 adults/ 2 teenagers). Also considering that we are staying here for 5 nights, we need to be comfortable. Room is clean and has everything we needed. We were able to see fireworks from our room on the 4th floor. Quiet place, not rowdy at all. I see alot of families with kids playing in the pool and can be playful loud, but not loud to where it's annoying loud like in bars. At one point a guest next door we can hear them as they got really excited over fireworks and was shuffling, after awhile, everyone calm down. So the noise level is not bad, it passes. Everyone tends to be respectful of the space. They have a inside restaurant (Oasis Food Hall) that can be convenient for those who don't want to go out. It looks good as I do see people occasionally eats there. Their hot breakfast and dining area is great, a big Highlight for me. I love their waffles, probably the best waffles I've ever had. I used their self service laundry room and it works. Was able to do 4 days worth of clothes in under 2 hrs in the morning while everyone is still asleep and exhausted from the parks. Expensive but it works. Easy check in and check out. Staff and front counter are friendly, nothing too direct. We asked a lady in the front by any chance if she might have some spare bandages (so we don't have to buy a box in the giftshop or go to Walgreens across the street lol) and she did. She offer some to us and was so sweet and helpful. My only minor discomfort is that there is no room service (except for taking out trash) and a full room service will only be on your 4th night stay. If anything it might be 4.5 out of 5 stars, again considering we stayed for 5 nights. I would prefer room service every other day, or by the 3rd day at least, that's just my preference. Again no hard feelings, I still enjoy my time here. Sleep is comfortable and quiet. No major disturbance. We can walk to the parks in 10-12 minutes. 711 is right next door if you need anything, water, sodas, chips, etc. We can drive out too as everything is close by and easy access.I felt it was worth the value considering they provide a full on hot breakfast while others only provide pastries/snacks or none. I will definitely book here again and highly recommend this place. Pros: • Free hot breakfast (Great 5/5, consists of waffles, scrambled eggs, omelettes, potatoes, patti sausages, toast, english muffins, yogurt, mix fruits, assorted mini muffins, cereal, orange juice, apple juice, cranberry juice, coffee and tea) • Coffee (5/5 good coffee) • Restaurant on-site (Oasis Food Hall) • Mini giftshop on-site • Self service laundry on-site • In-Room shampoo, conditioner and lotion • No payment up-front (if book direct online ) • Free sephora $5 giftcard (if book direct online) • No other warranty fees (like alot of third party travel/booking sites) • Clean facility • Open clean parking lot • Open front lobby • Pool/ Hot tubs • See fireworks from our room (4th floor, backside of the hotel) • Walgreens/ CVS across the street • 711 is next door • FoodCo grocery store is on the same street on Katella (great for stocking up food if you are staying long and in a kitchenette room) • Close to alot of shopping/ restaurants • Designated smoking area (my husband was so thankful and happy) • Friendly staff Cons: Paid Parking (that's about all hotels everywhere) No room service (only take out trash, except by the 4th night only will be a full room service)

Wonderfully walkable to Disneyland, the Convention Center, and more in the area. The rooms are spacious and the included breakfast is very convenient and tasty. Parking is not included, but is about what you might pay anywhere for an event. All in all, highly recommend considering this hotel. We enjoyed the pool on a quiet afternoon as well.

202407初宿泊。 家族6人で4泊しました。 ディズニーの入り口まで徒歩10分かかりません。 駐車場は有料ですが敷地内にあるので安心です。 隣にはセブンイレブンがあり、道路を挟んでスーパーも兼ねた薬局もあり大変便利です。 ホテルの方も英語が全く話せない私たちにも、とても親切にしてくれました。 朝食付きでメニューは同じですがバナナやリンゴもあり果物ジュースもあるので子供も食べられ安心です。 今回宿泊した部屋は入り口入ってダブルベットが2つの部屋、その奥にシャワールーム2つと洗面台が2つ着いた部屋、その奥にダブルベット2つの部屋になっている部屋に宿泊しました。 入り口の部屋は窓がないですが冷蔵庫と電子レンジがあります。 奥の部屋は中庭のプールを囲んだ形になっているので他の部屋から丸見えにならないよう注意が必要。 外は30℃くらいでしたが日本に比べると湿度が低く快適です。 夜も一枚羽織れる物があれば十分な気温ですが、部屋はいつでもキンキンに冷えてます(笑) 他の方のコメントを見て初日からフロントで部屋のゴミ掃除とバスタオルの交換を頼みました。 勿論チップは置いてます。 結果ベットメイキングまでしっかりしてくれていたので助かりました。 難点があるとすれば他の部屋の音が気になるくらいです。 私はとっても快適に過ごせました。
