We stayed in the suite with a full kitchen. The sofa had a pullout bed and the bedroom had two queen beds. It worked well for 6 people (3 adults and 3 kids). We were on the side closest to the street and there unfortunately was A LOT of street noise at night. We used white noise on our phones to block out the noise while we slept. A nice touch to the room was the balcony. You could actually go and sit out there and enjoy the air…and the outside noise of course lol. The breakfast was a perfect spread, a little something for everyone and the employees were so kind and helpful. The location was very close to Disney (12 minute walk). It was also right next to a 7-11 on the corner, which had a lot of homeless people hanging out there. We didn’t feel unsafe at any point though, they kept to themselves. I did appreciate how you have to use your key to get into the hotel once it got late. It definitely put us at ease. Parking was a breeze as well. Great stay overall.

Breakfast was great and the location was great. The room was mostly clean and room service wasn't great.

This is a 8-10min walk to the Disney entrances which is quite convenient. The hotel lobby and hall ways are well kept. Lobby staff were efficient at check in and took care of us. They offered refreshing water(with fruit slices) in the lobby which was a nice refreshing touch after a long commute from LAX. A separate small drink/snack convenience store operated by your room card or credit was good for those that don’t want to leave hotel property at night for a quick refreshment. We were provided the room we book (king with bunk beds) but upon settling into the room noticed shower faucet was broken and we couldn’t refresh ourselves. A quick call to the front desk and a maintenance person was at our door to solve the issue within minutes. While it took several tries to fix the broken faucet, Henry was super communicative, offered up apologies and worked to resolve quickly and efficiently. While he was there, we remarked how warm it was in the room (76) and he took the opportunity to look into the in room ac system. He reset the system, cycled it and checked the system to make sure it was operating and cooling the room. The system reset solved the issue and we had cool air again. We appreciated him and understand that sometimes things break but Henry worked diligently to solve the issues. On our first night the fire alarm was triggered (due to an incident in the laundry facility) but was reset and we were able to get back in (there was an actual issue in the laundry and we smelled some smoke the next day when we passed by it). So the safety systems work! Breakfast buffet was provided and had sausages, eggs (pre made), toast, muffins, fruit, etc. we appreciated how diligent the staff were to clean up tables and garbage to facilitate the high number of guests utilizing the breakfast. Hotel itself was quiet and we did not hear any traffic noises nor were we close to the elevator (high transit point). While it seems like a lot happened, none of it was within the hotel’s control but the hotel staff dealt with each of the issues in an efficient and professional manner. We shall come back next time we are headed for Disney.

The facilities looks clean and maintained. There were plenty of parking in the basement garage and street level. Parking is secured behind walls and is fairly secure. Breakfast was food with scrambled eggs, meat patty, potatoes, waffles, cereal, cottage cheese, fruits, juices, coffee, donuts, Danish, etc.
