Pros: helpful front desk employees, proximity to parks, military discount offered. Cons: rooms are extremely outdated for price, no housekeeping (yet they came in to change our garbage out every day without us asking?), walking through the 7/11 parking lot at night is sketch. Continental breakfast being included was nice but the variety wasn’t all that great. Probably won’t stay again but only because there’s so many hotels around that area to choose from.

The fridge was not working but was changed upon notifying the front desk. My son caught the cold because he was sleeping on the sofa bed because the vents was blowing air right on him. The layout of the vents are bad since all 3 are in one area and blowing over and on whomever sleeps on the sofa bed. We had to cover the vents since we could not turn off the AC because the room was warm.We all end up with the cold and were coughing and it took out the joy of our vacation since we were all sick. We were disappointed that the breakfast did not have any turkey sausages for the 9 nights we were there. Not everyone eat pork. Hot Breakfast and location were the main reasons we chose this hotel. We stayed at many hotels in the area before but they all alternated between pork and turkey sausages. It will be nice to add veggies like spinach too.

Stay was good, but not for the price. Fitness Center was extremely small, constantly having to wait. For some reason they also allow vendors to load and unload in the roundabout in front of the hotel, blocking traffic. Breakfast was decent, although they don't know what sausage gravy is. First floor room had an accent light shining directly on my window, and the plantation shutters weren't enough to keep it out. No blackout curtains. No airport shuttle service. They customer service app doesn't work.

Dans l'ensemble très bien. Il y a une chose à améliorer, c'est que les fenêtres sont trop simples et l'isolation phonique est trop mauvaise. Je ne peux pas dormir la nuit, c'est aussi bruyant que qui est sur le bord de la route. La deuxième nuit, j'ai demandé à la réception de changer de chambre côté piscine, ce qui était beaucoup plus calme. Pour un meilleur service et une meilleure réputation, j'espère que l'hôtel mettra à jour toutes les fenêtres.
