The Desert Palms Hotel ...

The Desert Palms Hotel exceeded our expectations. The beds were really comfortable and the rooms were clean. The breakfast offered a variety of different choices that were different each day and the staff was beyond amazing. We will definitely come back.

Overall it was fine, ...

Overall it was fine, we slept there and ate breakfast. The initial reaction was pretty bad because they put us in the wrong room and then I asked them about it they said they didn’t have the type of room I was explaining. I had to pull up the website and show what room I had booked in order to get them to give me the correct one. Sadly this happened to another party of people we were traveling with as well making me think it wasn’t just a once off mistake. If you book here just make sure you are getting the room you paid for.
