Kudos to the staff ...

Kudos to the staff in the breakfast area. They were always kind and courteous and even remembered me from last year. Our room was always clean and we had fresh towels every day. Everyone we came in contact with was very friendly and made me feel welcome. Loved the food outlet downstairs. The variety is nice to have and although I didn't use room service during this stay they've always been very prompt.

Just returned from a ...

Just returned from a Great stay at Desert Palms Hotel. All the staff goes above and beyond to provide a pleasant stay. Rooms are very spacious, welcoming lobby area, easy parking, and lots a restaurants nearby. Awesome location if planning a visit to Disneyland & California Adventure...10-15 minute walk from the resort. Easy access to other activities in and around Anaheim and area.

Breakfast delicious and check ...

Breakfast delicious and check in was easy. The only thing that we didn't like was that the air conditioner wouldn't get the room very cold. We turned it down all the way but it didn't seem to do much. It is very close to Disneyland which with the fam it made it very easy! We would definitely stay here again!

Our room was not ...

Our room was not ready until 3:30 but a discount was given and the staff was very apologetic. We stayed in the family suite area which was very loud but no fault of the hotel. We stayed in the double room double bath and one room was very cold and the other very warm which was a bummer. Hotel was very clean and staff very friendly.
