Fantastic property for your ...

Fantastic property for your Disneyland vacation. Front desk staff was efficient and friendly. Room was spacious, beds comfortable. Plenty of towels and room refresh when needed. Breakfast was perfect for a day in the park, plenty of protein options. The breakfast staff works hard to keep the space clean and the food hot and restocked. Would absolutely stay here again.

Both Karina & Alex ...

Both Karina & Alex are exemplary employees and I was very fortunate that both of them helped me get to my room and assist me with any of my requests including getting me ice and bringing me to my room. I’m in a wheelchair and they made the stay most wonderful.

Since acquiring disney passes, ...

Since acquiring disney passes, we found this hotel but the real stars are all at the front desk. This hotel has the best staff: Jackie, Carina, Natalia, Itzel, Michael & "Q". Jackie has gone above and beyond to see that each stay is perfect. We travel with our disabled son and Jackie handles each visit with such attention to detail for us. It's because of her and the staff, we stay here repeatedly. From start to finish, the customer service here is phenomenal. Jackie and the team make us feel welcomed and valued. Jackie and the team are polite, courteous, friendly, patient, professional but most importantly genuine! Thank you Jackie and Carina for making each visit exceptional.
