Vacation & Hotel Reviews Anaheim CA

This was our first time to Disneyland and it was tough picking a hotel but so glad I chose Desert Palms. The hotel and room was very clean. The room was recently renovated with new floors, tub, fridge, table tops and beds. It was the cleanest bathroom I've seen in a very long time without it looking like they recaulked over and over. The breakfast buffet was great and the staff was constantly cleaning the lobby and breakfast area. I would definitely stay here again!

Pros - The absolute best thing was the location. Absolutely prime to Disney! - Wifi worked great - beds were comfortable - breakfast is free and plentiful Cons - noise. We were woken up at 5:30 & 6:30 by the people above us stomping around. We also could hear the family next door through the conjoining door until about midnight so obviously insulation is an issue. - while the blinds were nice and updated they are not blackout. Our room was facing the parking lot and the light was shining through no matter which way we closed them - water pressure wasn’t amazing - hair in towels and in the tub 🥴 There is also a weird thing about the second floor (which we were on) not all the elevators/stairs go to the same floors so we had to take the elevator to the lobby and then walk to take another up to 5 for breakfast and vice versa. Torn in deciding whether we’ll come back because the location was prime, but if you’re wanting really good rest in between park days maybe not the best.
