The hotel is 12 minute walk to Disneyland. The hotel provided quite the discount. However, the room is a bit bizarre. The positive: Small kitchen, stocked with utensils, cookware and dinnerware. Microwave and refrigerator. Coffee maker (useable, but barely) 1 King bed. 1 Couch 1 Nightstand 1 TV (limited TV stations) Negative: 1. Broken window covering 2. No way to darken room for a nooner 3. Chipped gllor tile in bathroom 4. Bent towel rod under sink 5. Sink vanity and counter weird design, the faucet is 18-24" from standing position. 6. No motoring of pool area, unsupervised children in jacuzzi, running around. 7. TV mounted off-center. 8. Couch just put in room but not for functionality. Breakfast: 1. Hot eggs (fake) 2. Warm sausage patties 3. Waffles are good, syrup good 4. Fresh oranges 5. Cottage cheese 6. Cereal 7. Fruit juice Overall, a very nice hot meal. Dining area located on 5th floor. Ample seating indoor and out. Wait staff very polite and swift to clean up. Some guests thought they were eating at home waiting for mommy to clear the table. Ridiculous the way some people act. Overall, it's a good place to stay. The staff were the shining stars. Minimally decorated for Christmas. Lobby very clean, as was the weight room. Towels are provided poolside. However, be mindful of wet tiled areas leading from pool to elevators. Slip hazard.

Stayed for 3 nights, great location to the parks! About 10 min walk to the entrance of either park. Though there were some concerns from other reviews about some of the homeless near the 7-11, I never once felt uneasy walking past there as the corner is fairly well lit and it's a busy street, so honestly no worries about the crowd if you're simply walking by. I would recommend staying here for families on a bit of a budget. We had a "Standard" room, 2 double beds. The room was fairly clean, although you can tell the age of the place as it does look rather dated and dull vs more modern spots. But honestly, you're there to sleep comfortably after a day at the parks not admire your hotel room every time you enter it right? The bathroom was clean and showers/tubs were good. I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast offered each morning, they had enough to fill up most appetites (omelettes, muffins, cereal, waffles, and the usual coffee/juice/milk offerings). They close at 10am sharp, so make sure you're there before to get something before heading to the parks. Bottom line, good place to stay for the price and location! Would not have any issues staying here again.
