The room was a ...

The room was a suite. That was pleasant and unexpected. Our room was clean. I had reservations about being by the breakfast area,however, we never heard anything. The room was quiet.

Excelente ubicación, puedes ir caminando a Disney, a diferentes restaurantes y farmacias. Las habitaciones son amplias, incluye desayuno y el servicio del personal es muy bueno.

We stayed here this ...

We stayed here this last week for a short trip. It was our third stay at the hotel and if I'm honest, I was on the fence about staying here again. Our second trip's stay was not the best but it was over a year ago. So we decided to give it another try. We were blown away. The customer service was outstanding. Our flight into LAX was delayed, so we were unable to check into the hotel until much later than originally planned. It was almost midnight before we got there and the front desk employee, Gabriel, was awesome! He was so nice and helpful. He made sure we had everything we needed before going to our room to crash. He also made sure to tell us of all the upcoming benefits of the new loyalty program that we had signed up for upon booking. The room was crazy clean which is always a stressor for me. I didn't have any concerns with that aspect which is rare for me. The breakfast buffet was DELICIOUS! That has always been a bonus staying at this hotel. And the eating area is awesome. They have a patio that has a background view of DCA. We will definitely continue staying at this hotel and look forward to it. We are already attempting to plan our next trip in a couple of months.
