Our Go to Disneyland Hotel

We stay at Desert Palms every year! We love this hotel - it is always very clean and the staff from the front desk, the maintenance staff, breakfast room staff, and housekeeping staff are ALL very friendly. We like the underground parking and the closeness to Disneyland as well. We have stayed here for the last several years of going to Disneyland and I tell everyone to check it out when they are going.

We stayed 5 nights ...

We stayed 5 nights at this hotel and although we didn't do much staying in the hotel everyone was great there! We got to Anaheim almost 3 hours before check in and they allowed us to check in early. Free wifi and parking, which saved us a lot of money and data. Breakfast buffet was pretty good nothing to fancy but got the job done. Room was cleaned daily which was nice. Nice sized fridge, we got the 2 queen size bed room with the couch and table and that was nice and gave us a little extra room. Only downside was the tub didn't drain so well. Would most definitely stay again when we go to Disneyland!

Family Vacation

Upon arrival we found the rooms to be very clean and well prepared. during our stay we encountered an issue that was discovered when we returned home. however, i have never met a more professional and Accommodating general Manager and staff. our issues were addressed by all in a very professional manner. the GM personally called me and addressed our concerns. his concern and willingness to ensure our issues were addressed was commendable. customer service means a lot, it was truly a pleasure dealing with all the management staff. the gM was very accommodating, the location to disneyland was fabulous, the hotel was very clean, and once again the staff were fantastic. In today's world where Customer Service seems to be a thing of the past, the GM and his staff have given new hope to true customer service. Thank you from myself and family
