We loved this hotel! ...

We loved this hotel! Stayed mid January with our little family. Staff were great and friendly! The hotel, our room, and bathroom were very clean. Shower/tub had good pressure and temperature. Kids loved the separate bunk room. Breakfast was excellent! The beds were fair and could use an improved blanket/bedding, but otherwise comfortable. We couldn’t get our heat to blow warm air, so we just kept it off and it felt cool but not too cold. Our bunk room was a bit tight, with just enough space for our belongings. No sitting area in the bunk room which was ok for us. We did have some visibility to California Adventure from our room balcony.

The staff at this ...

The staff at this hotel have gone above and beyond for us. The room was good, a pleasant stay. When we prepared to leave we had car troubles. The lobby staff helped us and let us loiter in the lobby. Would recommend for anyone's Disneyland vacation.

We had a wonderful ...

We had a wonderful stay at Desert Palms! The service was so kind and assisted us with decorations for a birthday surprise, had great breakfast, always kind and helpful, watched the fireworks from our room, and was an easy walk to & from Disneyland. Will be staying here again! (Only odd things were blankets for the beds & unable to connect to TV for casting. However, these didn't take away from overall stay/room.)
