Always stay here while in Anaheim . It is in walking distance of Disneyland ,DCA, Downtown Disney and the Disney hotels. The customer service makes you feel very welcome. They also serve a delicious breakfast buffet . The rooms are beautiful , especially if you book one of the suites that have a balcony. You can see fireworks from the room with the bunk beds for the kids. They also have a wonderful indoor swimming pool if you feel like taking a dip during your stay. 10 out of 10 I would stay again and highly recommend for the price. 👍😊

This is a great place to stay for either visiting Disneyland or an event like Vidcon at the Anaheim Convention Centre. It is most suited to families or travellers who don't mind bustle and chatter of kids and families. In saying that it was not disruptive but would not be the right place for someone looking for a restful accommodation. The rooms were a good size and the option to access the buffet breakfast was a highlight and great convenience for the early starts for days at the park or convention centre. There is a big CVS across the street and a 7/11 nearby as well which are great for getting snacks and other travel necessities. Staff were friendly and helpful but lowkey.

Our first stay at the desert palms hotel was a 4 day trip while we visited universal studios and Disneyland. The hotels location is fabulous for Disney at a 10 minute walk that doesn’t cross any roads and has stores for snacks and souvenirs along the way. There’s also lots of food places and 24 hour drug stores right across the road. The staff is amazing and friendly. The whole hotel is very clean and there were so many different food options onsite for dine in and room service as well as an amazing full breakfast. Definitely would stay again.

We take lots of trips staying in hotels and have never given a 5star until now. Heated pool, great breakfast + a full restaurant with free room service. Staff is above and beyond!!
