Always AMAZING service, a great breakfast, great location, walkable to Disneyland and CVS/Walgreens for that extra stuff you need!

Daniel, who works the front desk is the best!! He is always so welcoming and kind when we come back from a long day at the park. He always goes above and beyond to make our stay great and has become a friend of our family! This hotel is amazing. It really feels like a home away from home. It’s only a ten minute walk away. It’s always clean. The pool is slightly heated for colder months and there is a nice hot tub. I always feel safe staying here, especially with it being a hotel and not a motel (you can only get in if you have a key or the person at the front desk lets you in). The bunk beds are doubles and are sturdy enough for adults to sleep in, which is really nice if you have light sleepers that don’t want to share a bed. There is free coffee in the lobby 24/7! Free breakfast as well (I’m not a big breakfast eater so I haven’t tried this). The mattresses feel firm and solid, no lumps or springs to speak of. The shower head is actually high enough for a tall person! I’m 5.9 and I don’t have to squat to get my head wet. The water pressure is good too. There is someone at the front desk 24/7 so if you have an arrival time in the middle of the night/early morning, you just need to call ahead and inform them when you will be arriving. We usually get in about 4:00 in the morning and we haven’t had any problems with checking in. It's by far my favorite hotel near to Disneyland and I highly recommend itl!!

The Desert Palms and Suites was the center of our amazing vacation to Disneyland and California Adventure. The location is excellent! A 10 minute, very nice walk to the parks. Our room, a 1 bedroom suite, was perfect for 5 of us. Swimming pool is warm enough to swim in February. The breakfast was wonderful, every morning. A plethora of different hot choices daily. Housekeeping…..wow! We were told daily towel replenishing and garbage out daily. They made the beds and cleaned up so nice! Like daily housekeeping you would get pre Covid! The entire staff was polite, kind and respectful. I highly recommend this hotel for you Disneyland Adventures!

Good kocation, exactly 15 min from disneyland and California walking... the continental breakfast is good and clean. They charge for parking 25 per day and the elevator broke last 2 days I stayed in, the one for the parking garage and u have to walk thru the ramp. They have coffee at the lobby 24/7 room service is until 12 am food is good and good quantity only they did not bring us plates.
