Kudos to the staff ...

Kudos to the staff in the breakfast area. They were always kind and courteous and even remembered me from last year. Our room was always clean and we had fresh towels every day. Everyone we came in contact with was very friendly and made me feel welcome. Loved the food outlet downstairs. The variety is nice to have and although I didn't use room service during this stay they've always been very prompt.

Just returned from a ...

Just returned from a Great stay at Desert Palms Hotel. All the staff goes above and beyond to provide a pleasant stay. Rooms are very spacious, welcoming lobby area, easy parking, and lots a restaurants nearby. Awesome location if planning a visit to Disneyland & California Adventure...10-15 minute walk from the resort. Easy access to other activities in and around Anaheim and area.

Staff is professional, helpful, ...

Staff is professional, helpful, prompt, genuinely happy, I mean each and every single employee we saw or spoke with was happy to assist. The Hotel is clean from the moment you enter the property, rooms, breakfast area, entrance that is quite large and accommodates a large group to meet in prior to departure or at arrival. Close walking distance of about half mile to Disneyland entrance. Beds are comfortable! Pillows were on the flatter and less soft side, but doable.

our families new disneyland get away hotel.

people at front desk very friendly and helpful. room was very clean beds very comfortable.great breakfast with many choices and the staff working the breakfast room were very friendly and helpful.also parking here was very easy. my family and i will stay here again the next time we visit disneyland. thank you all for a wonderful time. also the gentleman working the concierge desk sunday april 30th was very friendly and helpful.
