Fue una agradable experiencia, las camas muy confortables y pudimos descansar miuy bien ....el desayuno muy rico y el servicio excelente pero sobre todo está a 5 minutos del parque caminando .... gracias 😊

We stayed in a ...

We stayed in a one bedroom suite with bunk beds for the kids. The bed was comfortable. The room and hotel was clean. It was nice having the option to put the kids in a separate room. The thermostat was in the kids room which wasn’t helpful. The breakfast was pretty good. I had low expectations and it surpassed that! The maid staff (I guess that’s what they are called?) was super responsive, bringing a crib up and blankets to our room very shortly after our request. The customer service at the front desk was lacking big time. When we arrived an hour and a half early, we asked if we could check in early if there was a room available. The guy said there wasn’t any rooms available for that. But the next day my parents got a free upgrade to a room just like ours because and I quote “we have plenty of space so it’s not a problem.” Seems someone just didn’t want to entertain our request considering he didn’t even look. We were also left on hold by the front desk for 15 minutes this morning when we called to pay for a late check out. As my husband was on hold, I called the reservation line, who is on site, and she checked out what was going on. She ended up taking care of it for me, so my husband could hang up the phone.
