There were several negative ...

There were several negative reviews about the confusion of the elevators; however, it was not as bad as some are making it seem! There is an elevator to get to the lobby and a separate elevator to get to your room, that’s it! Those who were complaining and basing their so called “bad experience” on that minor inconvenience are fishing for something to complain about. Our overall experience was fantastic! The location was idealistic and extremely convenient. Walking distance to Disney, dining and shopping! Room service had an array of selections accommodating to everyone’s likings! The rooftop for breakfast was quite surprising and loved the set up especially for a free buffet. Everyone needs to remember it is included with your stay, so if you expect a “finer” breakfast experience, there’s an IHOP right across the street. It is honestly impressive they include this buffet given the large amount of indoor and outdoor space they use to provide it to their guests! There is also a laundry facility available to guests which not all Disney hotels have! This hotel has now become our go-to hotel for our Disney stay given the amenities available and convenient location!
