Hotel was nice and ...

Hotel was nice and clean. I wish there was sugar free stuff at breakfast.

I am so impressed ...

I am so impressed by the customer service I received! I booked a room months ago but needed to add an additional room last minute. I gave them a call and Karina was able to get the room added and answered all of my questions. I was so impressed by her knowledge and hospitality. We just returned from our stay and loved this hotel! The staff were all fabulous. The room was clean and comfortable. We booked the family bunk room and it was better than we expected! The breakfast offerings changed daily, which was great. The food was the best free breakfast I’ve had! They kept everything clean and stocked. At one point, I was attempting to make waffles with my toddler in hand. A staff member rushed over to help and told me she was happy to help with anything I needed during breakfast. I cannot praise the staff enough! Thanks for the great stay.

Excelente ubicación, puedes ir ...

Excelente ubicación, puedes ir caminando a Disney, a diferentes restaurantes y farmacias. Las habitaciones son amplias, incluye desayuno y el servicio del personal es muy bueno.
