We had booked a ...

We had booked a suite for a family of three well in advance. Upon arrival, we were given a dingy room that had one bed. When we returned back to reception to ask for booked room, we were told sorry, they’re booked out and will check in tomorrow. They provided a roll away bed to get by. I have to say, the next day we were provided a suite, which was refreshing. I might mention, the rooms are not serviced either, making beds.

The hotel is excellent! ...

The hotel is excellent! The staff was amazing and friendly. The only issue I had was that I was on the 2nd floor, and, being disabled and using a scooter, the elevator was out of order. I was unable to use the scooter to return to my room after a long day at Disneyland and had to use the stairs. There was also no other elevator access to the 2nd floor.

We stay here often ...

We stay here often but this stay the hotel common areas and rooms were so hot, like they were refusing to turn on the air conditioning. It was very uncomfortable. The hotel needs a bit of updating.

Rooms were clean and ...

Rooms were clean and it was within walking distance of the parks. The only thing is when you come back at night from the parks there are a lot of homeless on the corner. If you happen to have 1 room but 2 cars be ready to pay over 200.00 for parking or the only other option of having to park at the Anaheim majestic.
