Is within walking distance ...

Is within walking distance to Disneyland which was great! The rooms were clean and staff was on top of things. Toilet had some sort of flushing issue because it kept flushing on its own. Breakfast was included but not excellent, we didn't bother to eat it the final morning.

Just checked in to ...

Just checked in to our room and we are so excited to stay here. The hotel is very nice rooms are very clean. The pool and jacuzzi is sparkly clean. Staff is extremely helpful and nice we had a pleasant experience with Karina at the front desk. She made us feel so welcome. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone.

Our family stayed at ...

Our family stayed at this hotel at the end of January. It was conveniently close to Disney only being a short 15 min walk away. The rooms were clean and very nice. We enjoyed the hot tub in the evenings after all the walking at Disneyland. The breakfast was just ok and housekeeping only comes every 3rd day. Customer service was excellent. We left some AirPod Pros and a portable battery pack in our room after checking out and they found them and had them mailed to us. We would recommend Desert Palms to anyone and would definitely stay here again.

I had a wonderful ...

I had a wonderful stay here. The front desk staff was very helpful and kind. They let us park there early before check-in so we didn't have to pay for the Downtown Disney parking. And upon check-in, they upgraded our room! The rooms were sparkling clean and their above and beyond service is the reason I felt the need to write a review. Stay here if you're going to Disneyland! It's 100% worth it.
