Meh not great. Location ...

Meh not great. Location is great. Room was ok. Seemed a little outdated and they were nice and tried. Just didn’t have a great vibe. Not sure how exactly to put it but could have been better. It’s a place to sleep near Disney and that is really what we were looking for.

Great option for visiting ...

Great option for visiting Disneyland. The on-site restaurant isn't great but the hotel is good. We got a big room and it worked out well for us. We come every year and it was our first time at this hotel.

We stay here often ...

We stay here often but this stay the hotel common areas and rooms were so hot, like they were refusing to turn on the air conditioning. It was very uncomfortable. The hotel needs a bit of updating.

We had booked a ...

We had booked a suite for a family of three well in advance. Upon arrival, we were given a dingy room that had one bed. When we returned back to reception to ask for booked room, we were told sorry, they’re booked out and will check in tomorrow. They provided a roll away bed to get by. I have to say, the next day we were provided a suite, which was refreshing. I might mention, the rooms are not serviced either, making beds.
