I had a handful ...

I had a handful of issues with my room that I encountered on my first night here. I spoke to Kristen at the front desk and she was extremely patient and accommodating. She fixed my problem and made my family's stay a 5 star experience. The hotel lobby, amenities, and rooms are clean, aesthetic, and up to date. It is also a very short and convenient walk to Disneyland.
