Staff were very helpful and accommodating! Location is walkable to Disney which is a plus. The only downside was the the suite on the first floor we were given needed carpets cleaned and did not smell good. The layout was also awkward and not like the pictures online. We asked the front desk if we could change rooms and they didn’t hesitate to make that happen. The second suite was on the third floor and was much cleaner and smelt better. The layout was what was pictured online and worked well for us! We would stay here again. I can’t emphasize enough what a difference it makes to have a clean smelling room and clean carpet. It makes or breaks a stay for me.

Overall, great service and location as I was able to walk over to the convention without needing to drive. Parking is fine and price wise, I can see why they charge quite a bit but it is what it is due to the location. Rooms were fine as well but only thing that wasn’t ideal was the bath… it was very clogged and it was a bit gross to see dirt and grime float around that clearly was coming from the drain… which would mean it was dirt and grime from strangers who used the bath before me.

I was here for 3 nights for a conference next door at the Anaheim Conference Center. Before booking, I was slightly hesitant because this is a stand alone hotel without any affiliation (Marriott, Hilton etc.) Don't let any of that sway your decision. As you can tell from it's location, it is prime to Disney or the convention center. The hotel is older, but it still has charm. Room: I was assigned a King room with two bunk beds. I am a solo traveler, so I only needed the King bed. The room was pretty large. Tv, fridge and microwave are all included. It was pretty dimly lit, but it was adequate for what I needed. Shower pressure was amazing, and the washroom could actually fit two people at the same time if needed. The bunk bed had it's own separate TV and room for the suitcases. I was disappointed there was not a separate chair or couch except for the office chair. If you are hanging out in your room, you can sit on the floor or your bed. Breakfast: Standard continental style. Sausage, waffle makers, eggs and potatoes, fresh fruit and a delicious home made salsa. Coffee, but they do not have lids to take it with you to prevent spills. A beautiful outdoor seating area to enjoy the cool brisk mornings. Side note: Management needs to make this into an evening terrace to watch the fireworks. It is the perfect elevation and size. Pool: Pool was warm, and so was the hot tub. The hot tub was very shallow and small, but a nice touch. Parking: $31 a day which is a steal in this area. Plenty of underground or above ground. Food: Lots of everything within walking distance including a 7-Eleven, CVS and Walgreens. Tips: Go to the 5th floor in the lobby to see the fireworks. Pool is BUSY in the evening, go in the morning. Free coffee in the lobby. If you are walking to the convention center, use the back door to enter/exit, it will save you 100 feet in walking. Elevators are slow. Consider stairs to the 5th floor. Loud at night/evening with folks going to Disney - consider ear plugs if a light sleeper. I felt safe, no homeless/drugs.

If you want a place to crash between Disneyland days, this is great. So close you can hear screaming from the roller coasters. Parking cists, but you can walk to Disneyland in 10 minutes, meaning you can take an afternoon break. If you want the hotel to be your memorable experience, this is not the place, but if you want convenience and to spend your money at Disneyland instead of on a hotel, this is great.
