This is our go to hotel and should be yours too! Clean, spacious, and a great staff this hotel is just minutes walking distance to the security check for the Disney Parks, Hotels and Downtown Disney. Parking is a little tight sometimes but available for a fee. Check-in was smooth and simple, no extra fees that I didn't already know about and the front desk clerks were friendly, helpful with useful information and made check-in a breeze. The room was a small suite and perfect for us. Clean and ready for use the kitchen was stocked with cutlery, cups/saucers, plates, bowls, a colander, serving set, etc. It held a small fridge, dishwasher and sink, cleaning supplies included. Wait...missing paper towels/napkins, but we already had our own. Each room had a nice TV and enough drawer space for everyone...all 2 of us, lol😂, but would easily accommodate 4-6 w/pull out bed. A/C works great and it was just splendid to be able to return after 15k steps or so later kick of the crocs and relax the achy feet, legs, knees, ass and lower back. Mickey's place is no joke! 😁😍 Two Queen size beds were clean and comfy with 4 fluffy pillows (but not super soft) and a throw each and there were enough plugs for all our electronics. Room service is from several different restaurants and the menus were easily accessed to by way of QR code, and did I happen to mention there were plenty of yummy dishes to choose from? Well, there were! We ordered artisanal flatbreads and salads and was pleasantly surprised how delicious it was to my whole mouth! 😋 (had the corn dog/churro/turkey leg/sourdough chowder bowl at the parks....had to get some roughage in! don't come for me!!) Delivery was quick, the food still hot when received and the delivery guy was nice. Breakfast is included and has a nice array of delicious foods, including waffles, cold/hot cereals, eggs, meat, bread for toast or sammiches, muffins, fresh fruit, juices, coffee/tea etc. All in all Desert Palms is a great Hotel to stay at to visit my Uncle Mickey and Aunt Minnie and their friends. Happy to say I recommend staying here to my friends and family. Enjoy!

Great hotel in a perfect location. Walking distance to Disneyland and many food and shopping options.

The breakfast was very good and the heated pool was very nice.

Had a great stay. Interaction with front desk and other staff was friendly and helpful. The whole facility including rooms were very clean. While full housekeeping was every few days, the light housekeeping was certainly fine. Enjoyed the buffet, the staff was great and a good variety of choices. Would stay here again.
