Spooky Décor and Costumed Characters
Carved pumpkins of your favorite characters greet you over the entry turnstiles, a Giant Mickey pumpkin sits at the beginning of Main Street, orange and yellow décor runs up and down the walkways with yet more pumpkins grinning from every window. That's what awaits you at Disneyland Park when you visit during Halloween Time. It's the spookiest time of the year at the Happiest Place on Earth and your favorite characters are celebrating. Along Main Street you will spot your favorite characters greeting guests wearing their Halloween costumes. Make sure to get your picture!
Haunted Mansion Holiday
Jack Skellington is taking over the Haunted Mansion in the fan-favorite Haunted Mansion Holiday overlay. See the thrilling tale of the Nightmare Before Christmas laid out before you as you move through the mansion. Citizens of Halloweentown try to make Christmas their own but with a spooky twist and Oogie Boogie has his own surprise for you at the very end. This event lasts past Halloween Time and will run all the way until early next year as the perfect combination of Halloween and Christmas.
You can catch Disney's "Master of Scare-omonies" Jack Skellington and his dog, Zero, at Disneyland's nightly spectacular Halloween Screams as well. Along with classic Disney villains, they have put together an eerie collection of Halloween-inspired songs to end your night with a scare. You can catch the projection show on Main Street, Sleeping Beauty's Castle and at It's a Small World. Select nights you can view this show joined with an amazing firework display too.
