A Early check in is offered starting at 9:00am for $35 plus tax and is based upon availability. The hotel cannot guarantee early check in will be available in advance. Please check with the Front Desk when you arrive to see if your room is ready. If a room is not available, we can definitely store your luggage for you and offer early parking if a spot is available.
A Late check out is offered until 4:00pm for $35 plus tax and is based upon availability. The hotel cannot guarantee late check out will be available in advance. Please check with the Front Desk on the morning of your check out date to see what the latest check out time available is. If you are leaving later in the day we are happy to store your luggage for you until your departure.
A Self-parking is free for one vehicle per room. Unfortunately, due to space, additional vehicles cannot be accommodated. A parking permit will be issued at check-in. You may leave your vehicle in the parking lot until 3:00pm on your departure day. You should move your vehicle to a Disney parking location if you will be visiting Disneyland past 3:00pm. RV and oversized vehicles that cannot fit in one parking space are not permitted. Parking is for hotel guests only.
A All guest rooms include a free hot breakfast buffet daily. Breakfast hours are from 6:30am to 10:00am and a large variety of foods are offered including sausage, eggs, waffles, pastries, and other items that rotate daily.
A We do have a restaurant at the hotel called the Oasis Kitchen and Bar. They offer indoor and outdoor seating with a full menu featuring burgers, salads, pastas and more. They also offer specialty drinks and happy hour specials. They are open for lunch Thursday - Sunday and dinner every night.
There is also a variety of restaurants in the area to enjoy. We are located across the street from The Gardenwalk Shopping Center which has a variety of excellent restaurants including Bubba Gump's, Cheesecake Factory and California Pizza Kitchen and about a 15 minute walk from Downtown Disney which also offers a variety of restaurants.
A We do have several offerings for children at the hotel. Upon arrival we have our Kids Registration desk where kids can "check in" to the room along with their parents. Then they can do our scavenger hunt in the lobby any time during their visit for a prize. We have a photo station at the front desk with fun filters and you can post the pictures directly from the kiosk. We also have a Kids Media Lounge in the lobby playing a different Disney Movie daily. Once a week, usually on Wednesdays or holidays, we have a Kids Craft during breakfast that the Kids can take part in as well. The crafts change weekly and seasonally.
A We do sell Multiple-Day Disneyland Tickets at the hotel for $5 off the current main gate prices at the time of purchase. We always have these tickets available at our Front Desk and you can definitely purchase them when you arrive.
A We don't offer packages directly through us, but if you click the link on our website for "Disneyland Vacation Packages" you can book a package through a company called Reserve Direct that bundles tickets and room reservations for a discount.
A The closest airport is the Orange County Airport (SNA), also known as the John Wayne Airport. It Is located about 12 miles from the hotel and is usually a 20 - 30-minute drive. The closest international Airport is Los Angeles Airport (LAX). It is located about 34 miles from the hotel and travel times varies widely depending on time of day with traffic, but typically will take 45 minutes to an hour driving.
A The hotel does not provide a shuttle, but we are located right next to a stop on the Anaheim Resort Transit (ART) route. This shuttle service goes to several places in the area including Disneyland. We sell shuttle passes at the front Desk for 1, 3, & 5 days. Day passes are $5.50 for adults and $2.00 for children. To view routes or for more information please visit rideart.org. Additionally, Disneyland is located about a 10-minute walk from the hotel.

A We work with a Company called Starline Tours that has a wide variety of day tours to LA, Universal Studios, Sea World, San Diego Zoo, Legoland, and several other attractions in SoCal. These tours can be arranged at the Front Desk at least a day in advance of when you would like to go. We recommend checking out your options upon check in as some tours may only operate on certain days of the week.
A We do not arrange scooter or wheelchair rentals but there is a variety of companies in the area that you would be able to rent from. Usually the companies will delivery them to the hotel on your arrival date and we can store them during your visit when not in use.
A Reservations booked directly through the hotel cannot be pre-paid as the hotel does not accept advance credit card payment. The registered guests present during check in can choose to pay with cash or credit card upon arrival after providing valid ID.
A If you booked directly with the hotel, reservations must be canceled 48-hours before your arrival to avoid the penalty of one night's room and tax charge. If you booked through any third party, you must contact them directly to cancel your room and adhere to their specific cancelation rules as they may be different from the hotel rules. A We do not have a waiting list for reservations. The hotel does have a 48-hour cancellation policy, so guests are welcome to check back periodically to see if any rooms have become available because of cancellations received.
A The hotel does not arrange gifts or room decorations directly; however, you are more than welcome to order something from an outside company such as Disney Floral and Gifts or Edible Arrangements and have it delivered to the hotel. Please make sure the name on the delivery matches the name on the reservation.
A We would be happy to provide you with upgrade options, no matter how you booked your reservation. Please call our reservations department for pricing and availability 888-521-6420, or you can inquire upon check in.
A We do have select of our Deluxe 2 Queen Bedrooms that adjoin. We cannot guarantee room placement in advance but would be happy to add that request to your reservation. We try our best to honor all guest requests on the morning of check in.
A Select of our Deluxe Studio Suites and 1 Bedroom Bunk Bed Suites are facing California Adventure Park. We do not guarantee room placement in advance, but we would be glad to add a request for a Disney view to your reservation. We try our best to accommodate all guest requests upon the morning of check in. No other room type faces towards the parks.
